Maslenitsa celebration held

Thank you to PhD student Adam Laten Willson and visiting scholar Ekaterina Mironenko for organizing a departmental Maslenitsa celebration!

Maslenitsa is a pre-Lenten holiday held in the last week of February. People celebrate it by eating bliny (crêpes), making bonfires, dancing around the fire, and singing songs. See the video below!
