Slavic's got it all! Many of our courses satisfy distribution requirements in Historical Studies (Area IV), Ethics and Values (Area V), and Literature and Fine Arts (Area VI) (for students who started before Summer 2023) and the Literature and Arts Foundational Discipline (FD-LA), Advanced Expression, and Global Perspectives on Power, Justice, and Equity (for students who started in or after Summer 2023). Students can fulfill their Weinberg Language Proficiency Requirement with two years of Polish or Russian language study. Please see our list of course offerings below or check out the course catalog.
